About the event
The longest and most important relationship in your life is with yourself – but we're conditioned to think that taking time for your well-being is an act of luxury. The more you feed into that belief, the more likely you'll face burnout and lower self-esteem, potentially putting your overall health at risk.
Together, we'll break down what self-care looks and feels like, explore how to love yourself and create a foundation to deepen your love for yourself today and tomorrow through journaling. It’s time we made self-care non-negotiable.
How it Works
First, you will be guided through short intention-focused positive mindset exercises to get settled in.
We’ll then deliver 10 journaling prompts, one at a time, and you’ll have one minute to respond to each. The beauty of these "speed prompts" is that they don’t allow you to overthink or edit, so you end up journaling from the heart with an open, honest response.
Once these are complete, you’ll then have 3 minutes to go deeper on our final prompt.
At the end of the session, if there's time, we'll open up a sharing circle where you can share what you discovered and connect with our community.
What You'll Need
To join us, all you need is access to Zoom, a pen and paper and an open mind.
