Our first Mindset Matters discussion will focus on Reframing Negativity and Embrace a More Positive You!!!

You may be feeling a little lost with minimal energy and motivation. By identifying what you want i life will provide more of a purpose, which will give you more motivating to take action. Every day you wake up is another opportunity for change. When you have a negative thought come to mind immediately dismiss it and focus on something positive that is going on your life. Don't continue to dwell on the negative thought it will cause you to go into a downward spiral instead reframe from it and embrace a more positive you.
